SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Thoroughly cleanse the surface, eradicating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings. Ensure a pristine and optimal starting point for your project.
2. Gently sand the uneven ground to effectively eliminate any loose concrete and impurities, providing a smooth and perfect surface ready for the next steps.
3. Ensure the base remains impeccably dry and free of any puddles, maintaining the ideal conditions for application.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, it is advised to employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; alternatively, for non-absorbent surfaces, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to prepare an impeccable base.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to mortar ratio: This exceptional product features a precise water to mortar ratio of 40%-43%, ensuring optimal performance and consistency. Designed for excellence, our Fast-Setting Self-Leveling Concrete delivers superior results every time.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin your project by meticulously cleaning the base layer to perfection. Choose the ideal primer to meet your specific needs. Once the primer has been absorbed by the base layer and shows signs of drying-typically between 2-6 hours following the application-initiate the transformative self-leveling construction process.

2. Start by adding approximately 8 liters of pure, clear water into a container. Gradually incorporate a 20-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Utilize a mixer to blend the ingredients until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pour out the expertly mixed compound and distribute it evenly. Employ a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. Ensure that the finely mixed material is shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds for optimal results.

3. As the self-leveling compound begins to set, roll a defoaming roller across the surface to eliminate any trapped air bubbles introduced during the mixing process. Note: To facilitate efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure that the construction environment remains optimally regulated, with temperatures maintained between a comfortable 5°C and 30°C. Additionally, it is crucial to keep the relative humidity at a moderate level to guarantee the best results.

2. Adhere strictly to the precise water ratio as outlined in the product manual. Deviating from the specified water content-whether by surplus or deficit-could compromise the exceptional performance of our self-leveling material.
3. For optimal application, use the mixed self-leveling material within a strict 20-minute window. This precaution is necessary to prevent premature solidification, ensuring the material remains in peak condition for application.

4. Prioritize safety by taking necessary precautions during the construction process. Avoid any accidental splashes that could cause the material to come into contact with your eyes or skin.

5. During the crucial curing period, exercise care by ensuring the treated ground is not subjected to impacts from heavy objects or exposed to water, which could impair the curing process.

TRANSPORTATION
Store in an ideal setting that is dry, well-ventilated, and cool, keeping the product shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, thus preventing any damage to the packaging.
