LG840 Carpet Adhesive is a single-component dispersion water-based adhesive with excellent initial tack and extensive coverage.
It is ideal for bonding various types of commercial modular carpet and wall-to-wall carpet,
offering high adhesive strength and making it the most suitable adhesive.

TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Clean the dust and debris on the floor with a mop. If the floor is not level, you can use self-leveling material to even it out, ensuring a smooth and clean surface.
STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Use a scraper brush to evenly spread the adhesive on the floor. Wait for 15-20 minutes, until the adhesive changes from white to transparent, and then start laying the carpet.
STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to roll.
STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive gains bonding strength in 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method ensures the adhesive can handle weight without bubbling or deformation.
