The K50 can be effortlessly applied at a thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single application, providing flexibility for various project needs.
1. Ensure a pristine surface by thoroughly removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings, setting the stage for impeccable application.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to clear away residual materials and dust, preparing a perfect base.
3. Maintain the base's dryness and ensure it is free from puddles, crucial for optimal application.
4. For absorbent substrates, use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, opt for LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for the best results.
Achieve optimal performance by maintaining a precise water to mortar ratio of 26%, crucial for the best results.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins drying (approximately 2-6 hours after application), commence self-leveling preparations for a seamless finish.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add the 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Use a specialized notched trowel to spread the mixture evenly, controlling thickness. Protect the mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the process within 10 minutes for optimum results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to remove entrapped air. A pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry, streamlining the application process.
TRANSPORTATION
