K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure the surface is immaculate by thoroughly removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings.
2. Grind any uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then meticulously vacuum to remove all traces of loose materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from puddles, for optimal application conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended; for non-absorbent surfaces, opt for LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment results.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for ideal consistency and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once absorbed by the base layer and beginning to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix with precision until smooth and free of lumps. Evenly spread the mixed material using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface, expelling any entrapped air. For larger applications, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can effectively transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, far removed from direct sunlight and humid environments, to preserve its quality. When sealed, it maintains a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring readiness for your project.
During transportation, ensure gentle handling to avoid collisions and compression, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the packaging.
