K50 self-leveling compound is distinguished by its exceptional strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion, ensuring a flawlessly smooth and solid foundation for floor paving. It is perfectly suited for an array of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and even the refined surfaces of stone tiles.
1. Exhibiting superior fluidity, it automatically levels the ground, achieving a smooth finish effortlessly
2. Significantly enhances the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation, ensuring long-lasting durability
3. Minimizes porosity while ensuring uniform absorption, contributing to an improved and consistent surface
4. Offers rapid drying and early setting, enabling the grinding and laying of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days
5. Features low shrinkage qualities that effectively prevent cracking during ground treatment, maintaining surface integrity

K50 can be effortlessly applied from a thickness of 2mm up to 5mm in a single application, providing flexibility for various project needs.
1. Ensure the surface is immaculate by thoroughly removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings.
2. Grind any uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then meticulously vacuum to remove all traces of loose materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from puddles, for optimal application conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended; for non-absorbent surfaces, opt for LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment results.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for ideal consistency and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once absorbed by the base layer and beginning to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix with precision until smooth and free of lumps. Evenly spread the mixed material using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface, expelling any entrapped air. For larger applications, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can effectively transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, far removed from direct sunlight and humid environments, to preserve its quality. When sealed, it maintains a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring readiness for your project.
During transportation, ensure gentle handling to avoid collisions and compression, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the packaging.
