K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Completely remove any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Grind out uneven surfaces to remove any loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to eliminate residual materials and dust, achieving a pristine surface.
3. Guarantee the base is dry and free from any standing water or puddles for maximum effectiveness.
4. For absorbent substrates, utilize the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, while for non-absorbent substrates, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve superior treatment results.
Ensure a water to mortar ratio of 26% for unparalleled results and a flawless finish.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), proceed with the self-leveling preparation.
2. Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, and mix using a mixer until the consistency is uniformly smooth and lump-free. Evenly spread the mixed material with a specialized notched trowel to maintain consistent thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring that the mixing and application are completed within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eradicate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can assist in transporting the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
For optimal preservation, store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
During transportation, it is essential to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any damage to the packaging and ensure product integrity.
