Our versatile Eco-Friendly Sheet Vinyl Install Glue is ideal for reinforcing cement mortar wall surfaces that suffer from slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. Additionally, it is perfect for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or any absorbent substrates such as concrete. This advanced glue effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it greatly enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This ensures a firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks and oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not recommended. In such cases, shot blasting is required, followed by thorough sanding and vacuuming before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface..

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or as needed based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration..

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied..

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement..
