K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Meticulously remove all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the target surface.
2. Grind any uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then meticulously vacuum to clear away all loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and free from any puddles to guarantee optimal adhesion.
4. For absorbent substrates, utilize the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal results.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% to ensure perfect consistency and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the preliminary self-leveling work.
2. Carefully pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, slowly adding a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until the blend is uniform and lump-free. Evenly spread the mixed material using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds; complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eliminate any trapped air bubbles. For efficient transportation, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be used to apply the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, far from direct sunlight and humid conditions. When sealed, the product has a shelf life of 6 months, maintaining its exceptional quality.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid any collisions or compression that could damage the packaging, ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition.
