2. Grind any uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then meticulously vacuum to clear away all loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and free from any puddles to guarantee optimal adhesion.
4. For absorbent substrates, utilize the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal results.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% to ensure perfect consistency and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the preliminary self-leveling work.
2. Carefully pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, slowly adding a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until the blend is uniform and lump-free. Evenly spread the mixed material using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness.
