Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, shot blasting and comprehensive vacuuming are essential.

Application Method

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface, ensuring a pristine foundation.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as necessary for substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring seamless penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats, achieving optimal strength.

>> Once cured, the substrate is primed to be directly enhanced with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, allowing for smooth, professional finishes.
