SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

3. Ensure the base is utterly dry and devoid of any puddles, maintaining an impeccable starting point.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, it is highly recommended to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the use of LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for optimal treatment results.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer, and then choose an appropriate primer to ensure optimal adhesion. 2. Introduce approximately 5 liters of pristine, clean water into a mixing container. Gradually incorporate one 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound into the water, using a mixer for a seamless blend until you achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency. Distribute the prepared mixture evenly and precisely, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to regulate the desired thickness. It is imperative to protect the newly mixed material from direct sunlight and robust winds to maintain its integrity.
3. To ensure a flawless finish, promptly use a defoaming roller on the surface before the self-leveling compound begins to set. This crucial step will eliminate any entrapped air bubbles. Note: Employ a pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry, ensuring a consistent application.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C with controlled humidity levels. This will safeguard the quality and performance of the application.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in the product manual during mixing. Deviation from this ratio could compromise the performance and efficacy of the self-leveling material.
3. Ensure that the mixed self-leveling material is applied within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.
4. Exercise caution for safety throughout the construction process to avoid the material splashing into the eyes or onto the skin, which could cause harm.

TRANSPORTATION
