Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is perfectly smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement. In such instances, shot blasting is required. Always sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to suit the substrate absorption rate. Apply one thorough coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration for maximum effect.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as necessary, allowing for optimal strength and adhesion.

>> Once curing is complete, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a stable and reliable foundation for further applications.
