TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Thoroughly remove dust and debris from the floor using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to achieve a flawless and pristine surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Utilize a scraper brush to distribute the adhesive uniformly on the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before commencing the carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION Lay the carpet smoothly and apply pressure. Use a rubber mallet to ensure adherence or a pressure roller for a thorough application.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the carpet adhesive to develop bonding strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or working on it for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, ensuring robust durability.
