It's perfectly suited for use on surfaces such as putty powder, paint, cement mortar, and absorbent substrates like concrete, making it a versatile choice for various applications. The formulation effectively seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials, ensuring longevity and durability.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate is loose or shows extensive sand shedding, reinforcement with this product is not suitable; instead, shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.

Application Method

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, according to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply multiple coats as needed for added strength and durability.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly used with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, preparing it for the next layer flawlessly..
