Installation Instructions
For a seamless wood flooring installation, the B11 notched trowel, precisely designed for wood flooring adhesive application, is highly recommended. It is imperative to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain consistent application quality. Customize the open time by evaluating the adhesive volume, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive reaches prime usability when it starts forming strings, ensuring maximum bonding efficiency.
In the wet bonding process of SPC, WPC, or LVT floors, the B1 notched trowel is the ideal tool, necessitating notched bar replacement every 100 square meters. Commence the flooring installation as the adhesive begins forming strings to ensure effective adhesion and proper transfer to the underside of the flooring. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller and use a cork board to press edges and corners, guaranteeing a flawlessly flat adherence without any gaps. This ensures complete bonding between the floor and adhesive. Reinforce the bond by rolling again 20 minutes later.
