K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure the surface is immaculate by eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any residual coatings.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to achieve a pristine surface free of dust.
3. Maintain a dry base with no pooling water to ensure optimal adhesion.
4. For porous substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; use LG670 for non-absorbent surfaces to achieve the best results.
The ideal water-to-mortar ratio is 26%, ensuring optimal consistency and performance.
1. Thoroughly cleanse the base layer and choose the suitable primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins drying (within 2-6 hours), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Add about 6 liters of clean water into a mixing container, then gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix until completely smooth and lump-free. Pour the mixture and distribute evenly, using a notched trowel for thickness control. Keep the fresh material shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Before the compound sets, roll a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: For transporting the self-leveling slurry, utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed properly, the compound has a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring longevity and readiness for use.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compressions, which may compromise the integrity of the packaging.
