The K50 commercial self-leveling compound, a marvel of modern construction technology, is a water-hardening inorganic composite material. Crafted meticulously from high-quality raw ingredients and expertly blended for a perfect ratio, this compound boasts exceptional fluidity, enabling swift and efficient leveling of indoor floors. Its versatility makes it an ideal choice for pre-leveling surfaces before applying a wide range of flooring materials, including plastic, sheet, tile, and wood flooring.
Famed for its robust strength, minimal shrinkage, and exceptional adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound offers a flawlessly smooth and sturdy foundation for flooring installations. It is perfectly suited for a variety of resilient substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, ensuring superior performance and longevity.
1. Distinguished by its superb fluidity, it effortlessly self-levels, spreading seamlessly across the surface.
2. Enhances the foundation by boosting its density, hardness, and uniformity, creating a reliable base for flooring.
3. Reduces porosity and promotes even absorption, ensuring a consistently stable surface.
4. Swift drying and early setting allows for grinding and decoration within 1-2 days, streamlining the installation process.
5. Its low shrinkage characteristic prevents unsightly cracks, maintaining structural integrity throughout ground treatment.

K50 is designed for versatile application, allowing a single layer thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm, adapting to varied project needs.
1. Ensure the surface is immaculate by eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any residual coatings.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to achieve a pristine surface free of dust.
3. Maintain a dry base with no pooling water to ensure optimal adhesion.
4. For porous substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; use LG670 for non-absorbent surfaces to achieve the best results.
The ideal water-to-mortar ratio is 26%, ensuring optimal consistency and performance.
1. Thoroughly cleanse the base layer and choose the suitable primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins drying (within 2-6 hours), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Add about 6 liters of clean water into a mixing container, then gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix until completely smooth and lump-free. Pour the mixture and distribute evenly, using a notched trowel for thickness control. Keep the fresh material shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Before the compound sets, roll a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: For transporting the self-leveling slurry, utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed properly, the compound has a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring longevity and readiness for use.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compressions, which may compromise the integrity of the packaging.
