SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine foundation.
2. For a flawlessly smooth groundwork, sand the uneven surfaces thoroughly to strip away loose concrete and unwelcome impurities.

3. It's crucial to maintain the base impeccably dry and clear of any puddles for optimal application.
4. For substrates with high absorbency, we highly recommend using the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; while for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the ideal choice.
 
APPLICATION

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion. Select the appropriate primer and apply it thoroughly. Allow the primer to be absorbed and begin to dry, typically within 2-6 hours post-application. Once dry, you can seamlessly proceed to the essential pre-work preparations for self-leveling.

2. Into a sturdy container, pour approximately 5 liters of pristine, clean water. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, ensuring to mix thoroughly using a high-quality mixer until the blend is perfectly smooth and free from lumps. Spread the mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control the desired thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from harsh direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its integrity.

3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, employ a defoaming roller across the surface to swiftly expel any entrapped air bubbles. Note: For seamless application, utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Maintain the construction environment within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C. Ensure the relative humidity remains moderate for optimal performance and results.

2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-compound ratio as outlined in the product manual. This precision ensures the self-leveling material's performance remains uncompromised, as incorrect water amounts can drastically affect results.

3. Utilize the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window. This timely application prevents the material from solidifying, ensuring it remains workable and effective.

4. Exercise caution during the application process to prevent any accidental splashes into the eyes or onto the skin. Safety is paramount for a smooth, injury-free project.

5. During the critical curing period, protect the surface from any impacts by heavy objects or exposure to water, ensuring the floor's durability and seamless finish.

TRANSPORTATION
Store this product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding it from direct sunlight and moisture. During transport, ensure care is taken to avoid collisions and compression, preserving the packaging and the material's integrity.
