K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure a pristine surface by eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings.
2. Smooth out any uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to remove all remaining particles and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from any standing water, to optimize application results.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal preparation.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% to achieve desired consistency and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins drying (approx. 2-6 hours post application), initiate the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container and gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix until smooth and lump-free, pour, and spread evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect newly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to setting, use a defoaming roller across the surface to expel trapped air. Note: Utilize a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters/minute for efficient self-leveling slurry transport.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment to maintain its integrity. Keep away from direct sunlight and damp conditions. Sealed, it boasts a shelf life of 6 months.
During transit, handle with care to avoid collisions and pressure that could compromise packaging integrity.
