This adhesive is the ideal solution for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. Our state-of-the-art adhesive seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly diminishing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By preventing the intrusion of moisture into the leveling layer from the substrate, it dramatically boosts bonding strength, ensuring steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, while eliminating usual challenges such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical residues like release agents. For unstable or extensively sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not recommended. Proper shot blasting and comprehensive vacuuming are requisite prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush to ensure complete penetration.

>> For additional reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is primed for be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
