Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, and devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical residues such as release agents. This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Implement shot blasting and thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or as required based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to achieve optimal results.

>> Once cured, the substrate becomes ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement for seamless finishing touches.
