Product Construction Process

Step 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Begin by meticulously cleaning the surface, using a mop to remove dust and debris. If uneven, apply self-leveling material to achieve a smooth, flawless foundation.

Step 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Employ a scraper brush to expertly distribute the adhesive across the floor. Wait 15-20 minutes, allowing the adhesive to shift from white to transparent, before commencing carpet installation.

Step 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION Gently lay the carpet, ensuring it is flat and smooth. Apply pressure, utilizing a rubber mallet or a pressure roller to firmly secure it in place.

Step 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the adhesive to gain optimal bonding strength within 3 hours. Avoid foot traffic or work on the carpet for 12 hours to ensure durability. This method effectively supports weight without bubbling or deformation, offering a simplified yet robust solution.
