Product Construction Process

STEP 1
Clean the Base Surface: Ensure a flawless foundation by removing all dust and debris using a mop. If uneven, apply self-leveling material for a perfectly smooth surface.

STEP 2.
Adhesive Application: Use a scraper brush to evenly spread the adhesive on the floor. Wait for 15-20 minutes until the adhesive transitions from white to transparent, then proceed with carpet installation.

STEP 3.
Carpet Installation: Lay the carpet flat and smooth, applying pressure as needed. Utilize a rubber mallet or pressure roller for an impeccable finish.

STEP 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
Carpet adhesive strengthens significantly within 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours to ensure integrity. This method supports weight without bubbling or deformation, providing a durable, long-lasting finish.
