Our advanced formulation effectively seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

This groundbreaking solution prevents moisture within the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby significantly enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, and free from any oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If loose surfaces or extensive sand shedding are present, the product is not suitable for reinforcement. In such cases, shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application to ensure optimal results.

Application Method

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, according to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete and uniform penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be judiciously applied as needed.

>> Once the substrate is fully cured, it can be directly applied with a range of finishing options including putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a flawless finish.
