This adhesive is ideal for applications on various substrates, including putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and highly absorbent materials such as concrete. Our advanced adhesive technology expertly seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically minimizing the absorption rate of porous materials, ensuring a robust and resilient finish.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives including release agents. For surfaces that are loose or experience heavy sand-shedding, this product is not suitable. Rigorous shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are recommended before application.

Application Method

 

>> Ensure the removal of any unstable, loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal adhesion.

>> Mix the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting as necessary based on substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush to ensure full penetration.

>> For increased reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to enhance durability.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with an array of materials including putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering compounds, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a flawless, professional finish.
