SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by thoroughly removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This meticulous cleaning ensures a pristine base for optimal adhesion and performance.
2. Proceed with sanding the uneven ground diligently to eliminate loose concrete particles and impurities. This step is crucial for achieving a smooth and even foundation.

3. Ensure that the base is completely dry and free from any puddles. A dry surface is essential for the self-leveling underlayment to bond effectively and deliver peak performance.
4. For substrates with absorbent properties, it is highly recommended to utilize the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for optimal treatment. Each agent is specifically formulated to enhance the interface for superior results.

APPLICATION

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion. Select the suitable primer and apply it to the surface. Allow the primer to be absorbed and start drying, which typically takes about 2 to 6 hours. This marks the ideal time to commence the pre-work for the self-leveling application, setting the stage for flawless results.

2. In a spacious container, pour approximately 5 liters of clean water. Gently introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound into the water, mixing thoroughly with a mechanical mixer until a silky smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pour the expertly blended material onto the project surface and spread it evenly using a specialized notched trowel to ensure the perfect thickness. It's crucial to shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its quality.

3. Before the compound begins to set, glide a defoaming roller across the surface. This vital step releases any entrapped air to achieve a flawless finish. For a seamless application, consider using a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry efficiently.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C to ensure the best results. Furthermore, keep the relative humidity in check as excessive moisture can compromise the material's integrity.

2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-compound ratio outlined in the product manual. This precision is essential to uphold the performance standards of the self-leveling material and prevents issues caused by inaccurate water measurements.

3. Once mixed, the self-leveling material should be applied within 20 minutes to maintain its usability and prevent premature solidification.

4. Ensure safety is a top priority during application. Protect your eyes and skin from accidental splashes of the material to avoid any harm.

5. During the curing period, it is important to prevent any heavy impact on the surface or exposure to water, which may affect the final curing process.

TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid impacts and compression that could damage the packaging and compromise the product's quality.
