Admired for its robust strength, minimal shrinkage, and exceptional adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound forms a flawless and enduring foundation for all your flooring endeavors. Its adaptability extends to numerous solid substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, ensuring a consistently smooth and reliable base.
1. Boasting outstanding fluidity, it effortlessly self-levels, simplifying the preparation process.
2. It significantly enhances the foundation's density, hardness, and uniformity, ensuring a stable base.
3. By reducing porosity, it improves the substrate's uniform absorption characteristics.
4. Its rapid drying and early setting allow for the timely grinding and installation of decorative flooring within 1-2 days.
5. The low shrinkage property minimizes the risk of cracking during ground treatment, ensuring long-lasting results.

The K50 is versatile in application, allowing for a layer thickness of 2mm to 5mm in a single application, accommodating various project needs.
1. Ensure the surface is pristine by removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings.
2. Grind away uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, followed by thorough vacuuming to clear residual materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry and puddle-free base to optimize the self-leveling process.
4. For absorbent substrates, the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended; for non-absorbent surfaces, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal preparation.
The ideal water-to-mortar ratio stands at 26%, ensuring the perfect consistency for application.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with self-leveling preparations.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly until the blend is smooth and free of lumps. Distribute the mixture evenly, employing a specialized notched trowel to regulate thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and gusty winds, and complete the mixing and application within a 10-minute timeframe.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, use a defoaming roller to roll over the surface, expelling any trapped air. Note: Using a pump with a 20-40 liters per minute delivery capacity is ideal for transporting the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding it from direct sunlight and humid conditions. The product remains viable for up to 6 months when sealed.
During transportation, it is crucial to avoid any collisions or compressive force to preserve the integrity of the packaging and prevent damage.
