TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Clean the dust and debris on the floor with a mop. If the floor is not level, you can use self-leveling material to even it out, ensuring a smooth and clean surface.

STEP 2
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Use a scraper brush to evenly spread the adhesive on the floor. Wait for 15-20 minutes until the adhesive changes from white to transparent. Then, start laying the carpet.

STEP 3
CARPET INSTALLATION Lay the carpet flat and smooth. Apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to roll.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Carpet adhesive gains bonding strength in 3 hours, so avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method can handle weight without bubbling or deformation.
