Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface Clean the dust and debris on the floor with a mop. If the floor is not level, use self-leveling material to even it out, ensuring a smooth and clean surface.

Step 2
Adhesive Application Use a scraper brush to evenly spread the adhesive on the floor. Wait for 15-20 minutes until the adhesive changes from white to transparent, and then start laying the carpet.

Step 3
Carpet Installation Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to roll.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure The carpet adhesive gains bonding strength in 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method can handle weight without bubbling or deformation.
