Our Commercial Vinyl Glue is meticulously engineered to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces experiencing slight sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. This powerful adhesive is also ideal for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates such as concrete. It effectively seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption of porous materials.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer, guaranteeing firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. This eliminates common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate is loose or has extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, necessitating shot blasting. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement..
