SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin your subfloor preparation by thoroughly removing oil stains, stubborn dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface, ensuring a clean slate for optimal adhesion.
2. Sand down uneven areas of the ground meticulously to eliminate loose concrete and impurities, creating a smooth, flawless surface ready for application.
3. Ensure that the base remains perfectly dry and completely free of puddles, which could compromise the integrity of the new layer.
4. For absorbent substrates, enhance your subfloor with the application of the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surface substrates, elevate your preparation with the use of the specialized LG670 non-absorbent interface agent.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion. Select an appropriate primer and apply it to the base layer. Allow the primer to be absorbed and to begin drying, which typically occurs between 2 to 6 hours post-application. Once the primer is ready, initiate the preparation for self-leveling.
2. Into a container of approximately 5 liters of fresh, clean water, gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Utilize a mixer to blend the components until the mixture achieves a uniformly smooth, lump-free consistency. Distribute the prepared material evenly, employing a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. It is crucial to shield the freshly mixed compound from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller over the surface to efficiently eliminate any trapped air. Note: For more efficient application, a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute can facilitate the transportation of the self-leveling slurry with ease.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure the construction environment is maintained within the temperature range of 5°C to 30°C, with controlled relative humidity to prevent any adverse effects on the material's performance.
2. Adherence to the specified water ratio in the product manual is critical. Any deviation, such as excess or insufficient water, could compromise the performance of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material promptly within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.
4. Exercise caution during application to prevent the material from contacting eyes or skin, ensuring a safe construction process.
5. During the curing phase, ensure that the surface is not subjected to any heavy impacts or water exposure to maintain the integrity of the finished surface.
TRANSPORTATION
