Technical Guidance
Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface: Ensure a pristine start by thoroughly cleaning the floor of all dust and debris. Use a mop for this task. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to achieve a perfectly smooth and clean surface.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Utilize a scraper brush to distribute the adhesive evenly across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent, signaling readiness for carpet installation.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Position the carpet flat and smooth on the adhesive layer. Apply pressure using a rubber mallet or pressure roller to ensure a secure fit.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
The adhesive will reach optimal bonding strength within 3 hours. For best results, avoid any foot traffic or heavy work on the carpet for 12 hours. This curing process guarantees the carpet can withstand weight without any bubbling or deformation, ensuring long-lasting satisfaction.
