Product introduction

Ideal for reinforcing cement mortar wall surfaces with minimal sand shedding, aerated concrete block surfaces, putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates like concrete. Effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

This innovative product prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This ensures a robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eliminating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
