Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is perfectly smooth & dry, free from cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate is loose or shows significant sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement; shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application to prepare for optimal results.
>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a pristine foundation.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, tailored to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough and complete penetration.
>> For ultimate reinforcement, multiple coats can be strategically applied as necessary.
