Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. It is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. For best results, shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are necessary prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> First, remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for optimal adhesion.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to the substrate's absorption properties. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete and thorough penetration.

>> For increased reinforcement and durability, consider applying multiple coats to the substrate.

>> Once the substrate is fully cured, it can be directly treated with a range of materials including putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, to ensure a flawless and enduring finish.
