Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, which require shot blasting. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum before application to optimize results.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a clean slate.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration for optimal results.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.

>> Once curing is complete, the substrate is ready for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement. This ensures a polished and professional finish every time.
