4. For substrates that are highly absorbent, we recommend the application of our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, designed for superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent substrates, utilize our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent. APPLICATION
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the base layer to ensure unparalleled adhesion. Select the ideal primer that the base layer should absorb, allowing it to dry within roughly 2-6 hours. This is the perfect moment to start preparing for the application of our Premium Self-Leveling Cement.
2. Pour approximately 5 liters of clean, pristine water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our top-tier self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until the mixture achieves a consistently smooth, lump-free texture. Skillfully distribute the mixed material with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and high winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, use a defoaming roller to elegantly glide over the surface, effectively releasing any trapped air. Note: For a seamless application, utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry smoothly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment's temperature between 5°C and 30°C, ensuring low relative humidity for optimal material performance.
