Substrate Treatment

Ensure a perfectly smooth substrate surface, & dry, free from any cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not recommended. Shot blasting is required. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum before proceeding with the application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to pave the way for a flawless application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on the substrate's absorption capability. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration for optimal results.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.

>> Once the substrate is fully cured, it is ready for the seamless application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
