Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand shedding, this product is not suitable. Shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum it meticulously before proceeding with the application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal results.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio between 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to substrate absorption needs. Apply a coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration for maximum efficacy.

>> For enhanced reinforcement and longevity, multiple coats can be applied as required.

>> Once the substrate is cured, it becomes ready for the seamless application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a perfect finish every time.
