As the primer dries, seamlessly prepare to apply our Premium Self-Leveling Cement, securing a smooth and efficient workflow.
2. Pour about 5 liters of clean, fresh water into an appropriate mixing container. Gradually incorporate a full 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until an immaculate, smooth, and lump-free texture is achieved. Distribute the prepared mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel, precisely controlling the thickness. Protect the freshly prepared surface from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, glide a defoaming roller smoothly over the surface to effectively eliminate any trapped air bubbles. Note: For streamlined application, consider utilizing a pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute to apply the self-leveling slurry effortlessly and evenly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain ambient conditions within the construction area between 5°C and 30°C, with low relative humidity, to ensure the material's optimal performance.
2. Adhering to the specified water proportions outlined in the product manual is crucial. This precision protects against any decline in our self-leveling compound's exceptional performance due to incorrect water mixing.
3. To avoid premature setting, apply the prepared self-leveling material within a 20-minute window, guaranteeing a smooth and effective surface application.
