THICKNESS
Our K80 offers exceptional versatility, designed to be applied seamlessly from a minimal thickness of 3mm up to a robust 8mm in a single, effortless application.
SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any intrusions such as oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings to ensure a pristine surface.
2. Expertly sand uneven ground to effectively eliminate loose concrete and impurities, thereby creating a flawless foundation.
3. Ensure the base is impeccably dry and devoid of any puddles to facilitate optimal performance.
4. For substrates with absorbent properties, it is highly recommended to employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, choose the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve superior treatment results.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure it is free of debris. Following this, select and apply the appropriate primer. Allow the primer to be absorbed by the base layer and to begin drying, a process that typically takes between 2 to 6 hours. Once these steps are completed, you may commence with the self-leveling pre-work to achieve a flawless surface.
2. Introduce approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a mixing container. Gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mechanical mixer to achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency. Subsequently, pour the mixture and spread it evenly, employing a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. It is crucial to shield the freshly prepared mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its integrity and performance.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface, effectively eliminating any entrapped air bubbles. Note: For efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature within the optimal range of 5°C to 30°C. Additionally, ensure that the relative humidity is kept at a suitable level to facilitate the best results.
2. Precisely adhere to the water-to-material ratio as specified in the product manual. This careful adherence prevents any compromise in the performance of the self-leveling compound due to incorrect water proportions.
3. The prepared self-leveling material must be applied within a 20-minute window to prevent premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.
4. Exercise caution during the application process to prevent any accidental splashing of the material into the eyes or onto the skin, ensuring a safe working environment.
5. During the crucial curing period, it is imperative to protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects and from exposure to water. This precaution helps in maintaining the integrity and durability of the surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in an environment that is dry, well-ventilated, and cool, ensuring protection from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, which could potentially compromise the integrity of the packaging.
