SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin your preparation by thoroughly removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any vestiges of old coatings from the surface. This comprehensive cleaning process ensures maximum bonding strength and long-lasting performance, laying the groundwork for perfection.
2. Carefully sand the uneven ground to meticulously eliminate loose concrete and embedded impurities. This step is crucial in creating a smooth and pristine foundation, setting the stage for flawless subsequent applications.
3. Ensure the base is impeccably dry and entirely free of any puddles, as moisture can significantly undermine the integrity and adherence of your surface solution. This attention to detail is vital for optimal results.
4. For substrates that are highly absorbent, we recommend using our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. This will ensure superior penetration and enhanced bonding. Conversely, on non-absorbent surface substrates, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for exceptional adhesion and long-term durability.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion. Select the suitable primer, which should be absorbed by the base layer and begin drying within approximately 2-6 hours. At this point, commence preparations for applying the Premium Self-Leveling Cement.
2. Pour around 5 liters of pristine water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until the mixture boasts a consistently smooth, lump-free texture. Evenly distribute the mixed material by utilizing a specialized notched trowel to govern thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and high winds for the best results.
3. Prior to the compound setting, utilize a defoaming roller to gracefully glide over the surface, effectively releasing entrapped air. Note: For efficient application, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can transport the self-leveling slurry seamlessly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature within a range of 5°C to 30°C, ensuring the relative humidity remains low to optimize the material's exceptional performance.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio detailed in the product manual. This precision prevents any compromise in the superior performance of our self-leveling compound, which could be caused by excessive or insufficient water.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification, ensuring smooth and effective surface application.
4. Exercise caution during application to prevent the material from splattering onto skin or into eyes, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
5. During the crucial curing period, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects and avoid exposure to water, safeguarding the integrity of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve the product's quality. During transportation, avoid impacts and compression to prevent any damage to the packaging, ensuring the product arrives in pristine condition.
