SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. Achieve a pristine canvas for application with our Strong Self-Leveling Compound.
2. Sand the uneven ground with precision to eradicate loose concrete and impurities, ensuring a smooth and flawless foundation that is ready to impress.
3. Maintain a dry and puddle-free base to ensure an ideal environment for the application of our durable and reliable flooring solution.
4. For substrates that absorb, we suggest the use of the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent to prep the surface. For non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended, offering impeccable treatment and preparation.

APPLICATION
1. Begin the preparation by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Select an appropriate primer and apply it. Allow the primer to be absorbed and dry, which generally takes about 2-6 hours. Once dried, proceed with the preparatory steps for the self-leveling process.
2. In a container, pour approximately 5 liters of clean water. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound and mix it thoroughly using a mixer until achieving a smooth, lump-free consistency. Once mixed, pour the material out and evenly spread it using a specialized notched trowel to control the layer's thickness. Ensure the freshly mixed material remains shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its quality.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, utilize a defoaming roller to meticulously expel any air bubbles trapped during mixing. Note: For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, employ a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature within the optimal range of 5°C to 30°C. Ensure the relative humidity is not excessively high to guarantee the best results.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-compound ratio as stated in the product manual. This precision is crucial to prevent compromising the performance of the self-leveling material by adding insufficient or excessive water.
3. Apply the prepared self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent it from solidifying and becoming unusable, ensuring a seamless application process.
4. Exercise caution during the application process. Avoid contact with skin and eyes to ensure safety throughout the construction period.
5. During the critical curing period, safeguard the ground from impacts by heavy objects and from water exposure to avoid any potential damage.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, ensuring it is kept away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle it carefully to avoid collisions and compression that may damage the packaging and compromise the product quality.
