Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & completely dry, free from cracks, oil stains & absent of any chemical additives like release agents. For unstable surfaces or large sand shedding areas, reinforcement with this product is unsuitable. In such cases, shot blasting is recommended. Always sand and thoroughly vacuum the substrate before application for optimal results.

Application Method

>> Begin by eliminating any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the surface to ensure maximum effectiveness.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, depending on the substrate's absorption capacity. Apply a single coat using a roller brush to ensure thorough penetration and coverage.

>> To achieve optimal reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as needed, enhancing durability and performance.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be directly coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering materials, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a solid, flawless foundation for further construction activities.
