Performance characteristics
The LG9000 water-based adhesive stands as the ultimate choice for flooring projects that require outstanding elasticity combined with superior curing attributes. Specially engineered for a variety of materials such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this exceptional adhesive boasts the versatility to perform as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its innovative formulation also permits its use, albeit limited, as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring. Embrace the seamless and dependable application that your projects truly deserve.
Transform your flooring installations with the unparalleled performance of LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates. Start your installation just 20-50 minutes after application, capitalizing on its lasting adhesion, impressive peel and shear strength, swift curing, and robust curing strength. It's crucial to ensure that your substrate is sturdy, smooth, dry, crack-free, and devoid of dust. For challenging surfaces - those that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent - enhance surface integrity with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Experience unrivaled stability and performance that sets new standards.
Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring results by utilizing a B11 notched trowel, meticulously crafted for wood flooring adhesive application. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain precision. The open time varies based on adhesive quantity, weather conditions, and substrate absorption rate. Look for the adhesive to start forming strings-this indicates it's ready for action, ensuring a flawless application.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, the utilization of a B1 notched trowel is recommended. Make it a point to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to ensure consistent application. Initiate the installation process when the adhesive begins to form strings, ensuring optimal transfer to the back of the flooring. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface using a roller and employ a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring a uniform, gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll 20 minutes later. To guarantee the highest standards of integrity for your flooring, adhere to Lan Guan's comprehensive technical guidelines.
