Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or have extensive sand shedding, this product is not ideal for reinforcement, necessitating shot blasting. Prior to application, always sand the substrate and ensure it is thoroughly vacuumed.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface before proceeding.

>> Mix the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, depending on substrate absorption. Apply a coat with a roller brush, guaranteeing full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as needed to achieve optimal results.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a pristine finish.
