SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Ensure a pristine base by meticulously removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface, setting the stage for impeccable results.
2. Sand away the unevenness to eliminate loose concrete and impurities, creating a flawless canvas for superior adhesion.
3. Maintain a dry and puddle-free base, securing the foundation for optimal performance and durability.
4. For substrates that absorb, enhance their readiness with the recommended LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. On the other hand, for non-absorbent surface substrates, elevate their compatibility with LG670 non-absorbent interface agent, ensuring perfect treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure it is free from dust and debris. Select an appropriate primer tailored to the substrate. Allow the primer to be fully absorbed and set on the base layer, which generally takes around 2-6 hours. Once the primer is ready, proceed with the preparatory work for the self-leveling process, ensuring a flawless finish.
2. Start by pouring approximately 5 liters of clean water into a mixing container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend the mixture until it achieves a smooth, lump-free consistency. Distribute the mixed material evenly across the surface, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to maintain consistent thickness. Protect this freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds to preserve its integrity and ensure optimal results.
3. As the self-leveling compound begins its setting process, employ a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface, eliminating any entrapped air bubbles. Note: For optimal efficiency, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be employed to facilitate the transportation of the self-leveling slurry, ensuring even distribution.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. It is crucial to maintain the construction environment temperature within the optimal range of 5°C to 30°C. Additionally, ensure that the relative humidity is kept at a moderate level to prevent any adverse effects on the application.
2. Follow the precise water-to-material ratio as specified in the product manual. Adhering strictly to this ratio is vital to prevent the self-leveling material's performance from being compromised due to incorrect water addition, whether excessive or insufficient.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to avert premature solidification. This ensures that the material remains pliable and effective, preventing waste and ensuring maximum usability.
4. Always prioritize safety during construction. Take necessary precautions to prevent the material from coming into contact with your eyes or skin, thus avoiding potential irritation or injury.
5. During the crucial curing phase, exercise caution to prevent the surface from being impacted by heavy objects or subjected to water exposure, which could undermine the structural integrity of the application.
TRANSPORTATION
Store this product in dry, well-ventilated, and cool environments, safely shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression that may compromise the integrity of the packaging, thus ensuring the product arrives in prime condition.
