Our adhesive is engineered to expertly seal capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption of porous materials, thereby optimizing the longevity and integrity of the flooring.

By effectively preventing the moisture within the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it ensures superior performance by enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, thoroughly free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. In instances of instability, like loose surfaces or extensive sand shedding, reinforcement with this product isn't viable. Shot blasting is imperative in such cases. Always sand the substrate meticulously and vacuum thoroughly before application.

Application Method

 

>> Ensure removal of all unstable, loose materials and any oil stains from the floor surface for an optimal application.

>> The hardener should be delicately diluted with water, maintaining a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusted for substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied, tailored to the specific needs of the surface.

>> Once curing is complete, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement to achieve an impeccable finish.
