Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is unsuitable. Shot blasting followed by thorough vacuuming is essential before application.
>> Thoroughly eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a pristine base.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to substrate absorption levels. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, allowing full penetration.
>> For enhanced reinforcement and maximum efficacy, consider applying multiple coats to fortify the substrate.
>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, paving the way for enduring and flawless interiors.
