Our Indoor Vinyl Tile Glue is perfect for fortifying cement mortar wall surfaces, offering minimal sand shedding, especially when applied to aerated concrete blocks. Effortlessly and effectively enhances surfaces such as putty powder, paint, cement mortar, or absorbent substrates like concrete. Ingeniously seals capillary pores and cracks in substrates, significantly curtailing the absorption rates of porous materials.

This groundbreaking formula prevents moisture from the leveling layer being absorbed by the substrate, thus dramatically enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This guarantees a strong and enduring adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, mitigating common issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks and oil stains & free of chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate is loose or shows significant sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.

Application Method

 

>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water, maintaining a ratio between 1:1 to 1:2 based on the substrate's absorption rate. Use a roller brush to apply one coat, ensuring full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply multiple coats as required.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be directly coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
