Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. This product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. For optimal results, shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential preparatory steps before application.
>> Eradicate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
>> Dilute the hardener with water, adjusting the ratio between 1:1 to 1:2 based on substrate absorption. Apply a single, even coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration for maximum effectiveness.
>> To achieve heightened reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for an even more resilient finish.
