Moreover, it effectively functions as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring to a limited degree, ensuring versatile and comprehensive flooring application.
For non-absorbent substrates, the flooring can be seamlessly installed 20-50 minutes after applying the adhesive. The product boasts long-lasting adhesion, impressive peel and shear strength, swift curing, and formidable curing strength. Ensure that the substrate is solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and dust-free. On uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent substrates, pre-treatment with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent is essential to prevent substrate debonding, promising optimal results.
Installation Instructions
For the impeccable installation of wood flooring, the use of a B11 notched trowel, tailored specifically for wood flooring adhesive, is highly recommended. Change the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain precision. Adjust the open time, considering the adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. You'll know the adhesive is ready when it begins to form strings, ensuring the perfect moment for installation.
The adhesive also excels in wet bonding applications for SPC, WPC, and LVT floors. Utilize a B1 notched trowel, swapping the notched bar every 100 square meters. Begin laying the flooring as soon as the adhesive starts stringing, ensuring it adheres perfectly to the floor and transfers seamlessly to the back of the flooring. While installing, roll the entire surface with a roller and use a cork board to gently press the edges and corners. Guarantee a flat, even installation with no dead spots, allowing the adhesive to bond fully. Roll again after 20 minutes to reinforce the bond.
