APPLICATION
1. Start the process by meticulously cleaning the base layer to perfection. Select the optimal primer to guarantee superior adhesion. Post application, allow the primer to absorb and dry completely, typically between 2 to 6 hours. Seamlessly transition into the preparatory phase for self-leveling, ensuring a flawlessly smooth and elegant finish.
2. In a mixing container, introduce around 5 liters of pristine water and gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Blend thoroughly using a mixer until reaching a uniform, silky, and lump-free consistency. Carefully pour and spread this expertly mixed material, and utilize a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. Ensure the freshly prepared mix is shielded from the harshness of direct sunlight and gusty winds to achieve optimal results.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound beginning its initial set, gently roll a defoaming roller across the surface to eliminate air bubbles. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for efficient transfer of the self-leveling slurry, ensuring a flawlessly smooth application every time.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain an optimal construction environment by regulating the temperature between 5°C and 30°C. Ensure the relative humidity remains moderate to achieve the best results.
2. Strictly adhere to the water-to-product ratio as stipulated in the product manual to guarantee optimal performance. Deviation by adding too much or too little water can compromise effectiveness and the material's integrity.
3. Ensure the expertly mixed self-leveling material is applied within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.
4. Exercise utmost caution during application to prevent any potential splashing of material into the eyes or onto the skin, prioritizing safety at all times.
5. During the critical curing phase, safeguard the surface from heavy objects or exposure to water to preserve the finish's integrity.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in an environment that is dry, well-ventilated, and cool. Protect the product from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, thereby preserving the packaging and maintaining product integrity.
